Giveaway Rules

Between January 1 - 10, 2024, we will give away prizes from Davis County (Utah) businesses as part of the New Year's Giveaway 2024!

As part of the giveaway, ONE lucky winner will receive FOUR (4) FREE swim passes to the Clearfield Aquatic & Fitness Center. Includes 2 adult passes and 2 youth passes. Prize valued at $28.

To enter: participants must complete the form above before 11:59 pm MT on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 (deadline). Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible to win. Participants must be at least 18 years or older and agree to the contest rules in order to win. Participants may enter to win any and/or all of the prizes. Only one entry per person per prize is allowed. While this giveaway promotes Davis County businesses, winners are NOT required to live in Davis County.

Once the contest has closed, winners will be selected at random. Winners will be contacted via email or phone/SMS and have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize. If winners do not respond within 48 hours, the host reserves the right to select a new winner. Winners will be announced on Monday, January 15, 2024 on the giveaway website and Davis County Deals Instagram. Only one prize per winner will be awarded.
